Shipping Times

We currently make deliveries ourselves and ensure all products are delivered to you in full in the ideal conditions. Our shipping times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

Shipping times may take longer if weekends and/or public holidays are included. Dispatch days are generally every Thursday.

As a rule of thumb:

Express delivery: 2-5 business days since the day we received your order

Standard delivery: 3-9 business days since the day we received your order

NSW Metro delivery: 3-9 business days

NSW Regional delivery: Please contact us directly.

Interstate metro delivery: Currently not available.

Interstate regional delivery: Currently not available.

Delayed deliveries: May take up to 15 business days

Shipping Charges

Standard domestic shipping: Right now we only delivery to Sydney region. Flat rate of $14.95. Free shipping above $50 spend.

Express domestic shipping: Flat rate of $19.95 for urgent next business day shipping. Weekends not included.

International shipping: Not yet available.

Carriers

At the moment we deliver our goods ourselves within Sydney region. For NSW regional deliveries, please contact us at support@dumplingcheers.com.au

We may also dispatch via alternative carriers to seek better options for future deliveries.

Processing

The final processing time for all weekly orders is Wednesday by 8:30am. If you place an order before this time, chances are you will receive it by the end of the week.
