Cheers Club - Terms
1. Promoter
The promoter is Mabel Hannah Keepsakes Pty Ltd trading as Dumpling Cheers, located at 13-15 Lexington Pl, Maroubra NSW 2035, Australia.
2. Promotion
The promotion is the Cheers Club Launch Giveaway.
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion opens on 1/07/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST/AEDT on 31/08/2026.
Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must join Cheers Club during the Promotional Period by completing the official Cheers Club signup form.
The signup form may be accessed through the Dumpling Cheers website, QR codes, social media links, market signage, flyer inserts, or other official Dumpling Cheers channels.
Entrants must provide the required information, including first name, email address, birthday, suburb, and mobile number.
Only one entry is permitted per person.
No purchase is required to enter.
6. Cheers Club Membership
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to join Cheers Club and receive email marketing communications from Dumpling Cheers, including member offers, giveaway updates, new flavour announcements, recipes, event updates, and other Dumpling Cheers news.
Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Dumpling Cheers emails.
To remain eligible for the promotion, entrants must remain subscribed to Cheers Club email communications until the draw has taken place.
If an entrant unsubscribes from Cheers Club email communications before the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to deem the entrant ineligible and remove them from the promotion.
7. Prize
The prize is one Dumpling Cheers Bundle Pack, consisting of:

1x pack Chicken and Cabbage Dumplings

1x pack Beef and Carrot Dumplings

1x pack Vermicelli and Carrot Dumplings
Total prize value $58.80.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
8. Winner Selection
This is a game of chance.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
The draw will take place on Friday 4/09/2026 on instagram live instagram.com/dumplingcheers.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 10 business days of the draw.
The winner may also be contacted by phone if a mobile number has been provided.
The winner must respond within 5 days of being contacted to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, is unable to be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
10. Prize Collection
The prize must be collected from 13-15 Lexington Pl, Maroubra NSW 2035, Australia, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with prize collection unless expressly stated.
11. Announcement of Winner
The winner’s first name and suburb may be announced in Dumpling Cheers marketing channels, including the Cheers Club monthly email and Dumpling Cheers social media.
By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their first name and suburb for the purpose of announcing the winner.
Any additional use of the winner’s image, testimonial, or social media profile will only occur with the winner’s consent.
12. Invalid Entries
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, duplicated, submitted outside the Promotional Period, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, website errors, form submission issues, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that may prevent an entry from being received.
13. Privacy
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, managing Cheers Club membership, contacting the winner, and sending Dumpling Cheers marketing communications.
Personal information may include first name, email address, birthday, suburb, and mobile number.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy practices and applicable privacy laws.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or extend the promotion if circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
