2. About Cheers Club
Cheers Club is Dumpling Cheers’ customer club.
Cheers Club members may receive email communications from Dumpling Cheers, including member offers, product updates, new flavour announcements, recipes, market and event updates, giveaway information, local pickup offers, stockist updates, and other Dumpling Cheers news.
By joining Cheers Club, members agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Membership Eligibility
Cheers Club membership is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Dumpling Cheers employees, contractors, agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members of the Promoter may join Cheers Club but are not eligible to win Cheers Club giveaways, unless otherwise stated.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify a member's eligibility at any time.
4. How to Join Cheers Club
Customers can join Cheers Club by completing the official Cheers Club signup form.
The signup form may be accessed through the Dumpling Cheers website, QR codes, social media links, market signage, flyer inserts, checkout opt-ins, or other official Dumpling Cheers channels.
To join, members may be required to provide information including first name, email address, birthday, suburb, and mobile number.
Email address is required to join Cheers Club.
Members are responsible for ensuring their details are accurate and up to date.
5. Marketing Communications
By joining Cheers Club, members agree to receive email marketing communications from Dumpling Cheers.
These communications may include member offers, giveaway updates, new flavour announcements, recipes, product news, event updates, market information, stockist updates, and other Dumpling Cheers communications.
Members can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in Dumpling Cheers emails.
If a member unsubscribes, Dumpling Cheers may no longer be able to contact them about Cheers Club benefits, offers, or giveaway wins. Unsubscribed members may also be excluded from future Cheers Club communications and giveaway notifications.
6. Cheers Club Membership
Cheers Club benefits may include, but are not limited to:
- member-only offers;
- monthly giveaway entry;
- early access to new flavours;
- early access to limited-run products;
- access to product trials;
- recipes and serving ideas;
- updates on markets, events, and activations;
- local pickup offers;
- freezer door drops;
- stockist announcements;
- flavour voting opportunities; and
- product feedback opportunities.
Cheers Club benefits may change from time to time at the discretion of the Promoter.
Dumpling Cheers does not guarantee that every benefit will be available every month.
7. Member Offers
Dumpling Cheers will provide regular Cheers Club member-only offers.
Each offer may be subject to separate conditions, including expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions, availability limits, or redemption conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, member offers are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Dumpling Cheers reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend member offers at its discretion, subject to applicable laws.
8. Monthly Giveaway
Cheers Club members will be automatically entered into the Cheers Club Monthly Giveaway while they remain active Cheers Club members.
No purchase is required to enter the monthly giveaway.
Only one entry is permitted per person per monthly draw.
Each monthly giveaway is a game of chance.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible Cheers Club members.
9. Monthly Giveaway Eligibility
To be eligible for a monthly giveaway, a member must:
- be an active Cheers Club member at the time of the draw;
- be subscribed to Cheers Club email communications at the time of the draw;
- be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over;
- have provided a valid email address;
- comply with these Terms and Conditions; and
- not have already won a Cheers Club giveaway during the same calendar year.
Members are only permitted to win one Cheers Club giveaway per calendar year.
If a member is selected as a winner but has already won a Cheers Club giveaway in that calendar year, they will be deemed ineligible and a new winner may be drawn.
If a member unsubscribes from Cheers Club email communications before the relevant monthly draw, the Promoter reserves the right to deem the member ineligible for that monthly giveaway.
10. Current Monthly Prize
The prize for each monthly giveaway will change from month to month.
The current monthly prize, prize value, promotional period, and draw date will be communicated through the official Dumpling Cheers Cheers Club monthly email.
Unless otherwise stated, each monthly giveaway will run for one calendar month.
The Promoter will maintain a Current Monthly Prize Schedule, which may be updated from time to time.

12. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If any prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.
Any ancillary costs associated with accepting, collecting, or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated.
Product prizes are subject to availability.
Where a prize includes Dumpling Cheers food products, specific product varieties may be determined by the Promoter, subject to availability.
13. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible Cheers Club members for the relevant monthly giveaway.
The draw will take place on the draw date listed in the Current Monthly Prize Schedule.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw.
The winner may also be contacted by phone if a mobile number has been provided.
The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
15. Prize Collection or Delivery
Prize collection or delivery details will be outlined in the Current Monthly Prize Schedule or communicated to the winner directly.
Where collection is required, the prize must be collected from the location nominated by the Promoter.
Where delivery is offered, delivery may be limited to specific areas and arranged at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with prize collection or delivery unless expressly stated.
16. Winner Announcement
The winner's first name may be announced through Dumpling Cheers marketing channels, including the Cheers Club monthly email, Dumpling Cheers website, and Dumpling Cheers social media.
By participating in Cheers Club and the monthly giveaway, members consent to the Promoter using their first name for the purpose of announcing giveaway winners.
Any additional use of a winner’s image, testimonial, social media profile, or other personal content will only occur with the winner’s consent.
17. Invalid Entries and Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify any member or entry that is incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, duplicated, submitted using false information, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may also disqualify any member who tampers with the entry process, attempts to manipulate the giveaway, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that may damage the reputation of Dumpling Cheers or Cheers Club.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, website errors, form submission issues, email delivery issues, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that may prevent a member from receiving communications or being included in a giveaway draw.
18. Privacy
Dumpling Cheers collects members' personal information for the purpose of managing Cheers Club membership, administering giveaways, contacting winners, sending marketing communications, providing member benefits, and improving Dumpling Cheers products and services.
Personal information collected may include first name, email address, birthday, suburb, mobile number, order behaviour, email engagement, and other information provided by members.
Personal information may be stored and managed through third-party platforms used by Dumpling Cheers, including email marketing, ecommerce, website, and customer management platforms.
Dumpling Cheers will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy practices and applicable privacy laws.
Members may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
19. Changes to Cheers Club
Dumpling Cheers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Cheers Club, Cheers Club benefits, member offers, or monthly giveaways at any time, subject to applicable laws.
Where practical, Dumpling Cheers will communicate material changes to members through official Dumpling Cheers channels.
20. Changes to These Terms
Dumpling Cheers may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will apply to Cheers Club membership and Cheers Club giveaways from the date it is published or communicated.
Members should review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Continued participation in Cheers Club after changes are made will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
21. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense suffered or incurred by any person in connection with Cheers Club, member offers, giveaways, or prizes.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
22. General
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
