Pan fry
Quick and easy panfried dumplings in under 9 minutes - the same way we serve at the markets.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place frozen dumplings in the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add 100ml water, cover with a lid, and boil for 6 minutes until the water evaporates.
- Uncover and crisp up for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!

Steam
Steamed dumpling in under 12 minutes.
- Place dumplings in a steamer lined with parchment paper.
- Steam for 10-12 minutes over boiling water.

Boil
Boiled dumplings in under 10 minutes - the most traditional way!
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- Add frozen dumplings and stir to prevent sticking.
- Boil for 6-8 minutes until dumplings all float and inflate like little balloons. Drain and serve.

Air Fry
Air fried dumplings in under 12 minutes!
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
- Lightly coat dumplings with oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
