Pan fry

Quick and easy panfried dumplings in under 9 minutes - the same way we serve at the markets.

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Place frozen dumplings in the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add 100ml water, cover with a lid, and boil for 6 minutes until the water evaporates.
  4. Uncover and crisp up for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!

Steam

Steamed dumpling in under 12 minutes.

  1. Place dumplings in a steamer lined with parchment paper.
  2. Steam for 10-12 minutes over boiling water.

Boil

Boiled dumplings in under 10 minutes - the most traditional way!

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
  2. Add frozen dumplings and stir to prevent sticking.
  3. Boil for 6-8 minutes until dumplings all float and inflate like little balloons. Drain and serve.

Air Fry

Air fried dumplings in under 12 minutes!

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Lightly coat dumplings with oil.
  3. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
